We are very pleased to announce that we signed a sponsorship agreement with the young shot putter Jander Heil. Just one day before signing the contract, 19-year-old Jander broke the domestic Estonian junior record (18.97) that had stood for almost 15 years and took it to a whole new level (19.30).
Commenting on the sponsorship agreement, Jander said that "the best results also bring the best supporters", but apparently it works both ways. In the Karel Leetsar memorial competition held in the Pärnu athletics hall the very next week, Jander improved the Estonian record he had just pushed even further, getting a time of 19.57.
We wish Jander both strength and technique and hope that the Olympic Village is not far away!
