In both cases, our services are provided at a fixed price.
Risks of contracts found online:
- Contracts may be outdated and contain provisions that, due to legislative changes, are unnecessary, contradictory or even void.
- The template may be biased in favour of one contracting party, even if the title or description of the template does not explicitly indicate this.
- The template is drafted as a so-called “golden mean” and aims at neutral treatment of the parties – an appealing approach, but one that may not serve your specific interests.
- The template has not been prepared by an attorney. So-called “legal offices” are not subject to any standards or requirements imposed by the state, meaning you have no assurance regarding the drafter’s level of expertise.

For documents that are inherently rare or contain significant special conditions, please contact us separately to receive a fixed-price offer. Each document included in the package is prepared once. If you require the same document in another version containing substantial structural or substantive changes, the preparation of additional documents will be subject to separate agreement.
