We offer the preparation or updating of contracts and documents used in business operations and required for company management. We provide documents that are essential for almost any active business in one affordable package. If you only need a specific contract, you can also order it separately. In both cases, we offer the service at a fixed price.
Risks of contracts found online:
- The contracts may be outdated and contain provisions that have become unnecessary, contradictory, or even invalid due to legal changes.
- The template may be biased toward one party’s interests, even if the title or description does not explicitly indicate this.
- The template may aim for neutrality between the parties – a noble idea, but not necessarily aligned with your interests.
- The template may not be drafted by an actual lawyer. Providing legal services in Estonia does not require a license. Only members of the Bar Association, such as the attorneys in our firm, are guaranteed to have the necessary education and skillset. Non-associated law firms are not subject to any state-imposed standards or requirements, meaning you have no assurance regarding the drafter’s legal competence.

Each of the above-listed documents can also be ordered separately at a fixed price. Please contact us to request an offer.
Note: The offer applies to documents commonly used in standard business activity. For documents that are rare in nature or contain special conditions, please contact us separately to receive a fixed-price offer. Each document in the package is prepared once. If you need an additional version of the same document with significant structural or content changes, the preparation of extra documents will be subject to a separate agreement. The documents are prepared in Estonian. English or bilingual versions can be prepared upon prior agreement.
