On the other hand, surprises from customers are significantly more expected. However, even with not the best preparation, we could not have been ready for what Sven and Maarit surprised us with. While gifts given to us usually remain between us and the giver, from now on each of our customers can see Sven and Maarit's gift with their own eyes.
