We offer the preparation or updating of contracts used in business operations and documents necessary for managing a company. We provide all the essential documents for an active business in one affordable package. If you only need a single specific contract, it can also be ordered separately. In both cases, we offer the service at a fixed price.

We offer more than just pre-drafted templates where your role is limited to filling in designated fields and boxes. Each document is prepared in cooperation with you, tailored to your needs, preferences, and instructions. We can create a document as a general template or for a specific transaction – whatever you require. An attorney will discuss the goals of the document with you, explain the meaning of the provisions, and implement the requested changes.
It is true that standard templates can be found online, but we offer a personal service, not mass production. In addition, using such standard templates comes with several risks, such as:
- Contracts may be outdated and contain provisions that have become unnecessary, contradictory, or even void due to changes in legislation.
- A template may be biased in favor of one contracting party, even if its title or description does not explicitly state so.
- A template may be designed as a "golden mean," striving for neutrality between the parties – a nice approach, but one that may not serve your interests.
- A template may not have been drafted by an attorney. So-called "legal offices" are not subject to any state standards or requirements, which means you have no assurance about the knowledge or expertise of the person drafting the contract.

NB! All prices are subject to VAT. Each document is prepared once. If you require the same document in another version containing significant special conditions or structurally different sections, the preparation of additional documents will be subject to agreement.
