We offer the preparation or updating of basic contracts used in a company’s business activities, as well as standard documents used by company management bodies. These can be ordered as a complete package or on a document-by-document basis. In this way, the price is fixed (it does not depend on the time spent on the work), making it easier to plan operational costs.
Basic contracts used in a company’s business activities
These contracts include employment contracts and related documents (e.g. job descriptions), lease or rental agreements, and service agreements. The service can be ordered as a complete package, covering all of the listed contracts, or on a per-contract basis.
The price for the complete package is 1999 euros + VAT. This applies provided that an individual contract included in the package (e.g. an employment contract) does not need to be drafted or updated multiple times with structurally different chapters. If a specific contract within the package needs to be drafted or updated in multiple structurally different forms, the price will be agreed separately. Example: if an employment contract is required that can be used under different working conditions or contract durations, this is treated as one employment contract. However, if in addition an employment contract is required that also includes special agreements between the parties (e.g. the possibility of agency work), this is treated as the preparation of multiple employment contracts.
The price per requested contract is 499 euros + VAT. The same conditions apply as for the full package.
Basic documents used by company management bodies
These documents include management board member agreements, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, notices of shareholders’ meetings, notices of repeat shareholders’ meetings, and shareholders’ resolutions. The service can be ordered as a complete package, covering all of the listed documents, or on a per-document basis.
The price for the complete package is 1499 euros + VAT. This applies provided that an individual document included in the package (e.g. a shareholders’ resolution) does not need to be drafted or updated multiple times with structurally different chapters. If a specific document within the package needs to be drafted or updated in multiple structurally different forms, the price will be agreed separately. Example: if a shareholders’ resolution is required for decisions adopted at a shareholders’ meeting, this is treated as one shareholders’ resolution. However, if in addition a standard form of shareholders’ resolution is required to be used when adopting resolutions without convening a meeting, this is treated as the preparation of multiple shareholders’ resolutions.
The price for individual documents varies by type. Drafting a management board member agreement costs 499 euros + VAT, a shareholders’ agreement 399 euros + VAT, articles of association 399 euros + VAT, a notice of (repeat) shareholders’ meeting 199 euros + VAT, and a shareholders’ resolution 199 euros + VAT.
